New Case Studies for Best Practice << Back to Main News Page Added: Wednesday, 8 October 2003 In response to the demand highlighted via the Recycling Plastics Monthly reader survey, Recoup has produced a series of Case Studies of plastics collection schemes. The documents bring together Recoup research and expertise, with practical experience from some of the top performing plastic bottle recycling schemes in the UK. The Case Studies have been produced by Recoup to encourage sharing of Best Practices and increase access to quality guidance information. The studies provide invaluable insights into the development, operation and maximisation of different types of plastics recycling programmes around the UK. The case studies explore a full range of different sized schemes from a variety of areas in the UK, including bring schemes and kerbside collections of household plastic bottles in Bracknell, Daventry and Eastleigh. The case studies are available to download free of charge from the Resource Centre of Recoup’s website.
