Irish firm acquires Delleve Plastics << Back to Main News Page Added: Monday, 5 April 2004 Plastics recycling company Delleve, together with its sister company Reprise, has been brought by Irish company JFC Manufacturing. JFC, a rotational moulding and plastic products producer, now owns Delleve's manufacturing and plastic bottle recycling operations in both Stratford-upon-Avon and St Helens. The acquisition will enable JFC to expand its product range and markets, while retaining its existing production base.
